I just received my ef email and noticed this for the first time:

Has anyone seen this before? I don't think that's fair! Why couldn't they give us a download link when our box ships?

I guess I'll be cancelling my shipping version and have to buy the manual now.

Well i thinkthe P7 comes in a box etc etc.. but the extra content is download only....

Thats not so strange is it....  i think they'll give you a download link when P7 ships for the Ex .content

I've seen this asked and addressed before (i dont recall where)

"Shipping version" means the version that you order after release.

all preorders (download and boxed) will have the High Stakes Content pack.

I think you are misreading the note. I think it means that if you order the shipping version, it won't have the extra content, and you will have to download that like the folks who ordered the download package.

When I placed my preorder I had a choice of download or shipped box and I selected shipping because it comes with a printed manual, otherwise you have to buy it. I'm at the moment looking for my email confirmation of the preorder. Nowhere in this blurb does it say anything about getting to download it if you ordered a box.

Pose 6 bonus content came on a disk with the box.

I doubt poser 7 will be diffrent.

The point is that the preorder page says it's included but the email says it's not.

Both ESD (download) and physical versions of Poser 7 SE (Special Edition) have the High Stakes content included, Poser 7 regular does not have High Stakes.

To get High Stakes, you must pre-order, as only those who pre-order will get the Poser 7 SE. After the pre-order period is gone, so will be the High Stakes.

They are doing a special box for preorders which contains the extra content. but that is only available to PRE orders, and it will not ship to the stores.

Shipped Version = Store Version, non preorder.
