does anyone knows what are these curious files, generated by poser?

Not sure, I haven't seen that one before!
Could it be a recovery save file, have you had a scene that crashed during rendering or didn't save properly!!!

Just throwing ideas around, prolly way off!!

yes, it's  a
very mystery thing.... I've posted to daz forum, but Poser don't do autosave... effectively, poser failed to save an animation, and the result was that extra folder, but also the deleting of the first one!...    oh, that "extra save" was with some mistakes...

That's a saved scene file from a crash. I've had that too, thought I'd lost the scene since in the original Pz3 all was set back to zero and then I stumbled across another file with this pzsave thingie in front, opened it and there was my scene exactly as it was before Poser crashed.

I'm going to have to go through my files now and see if I have any of those!  Who knew? lol.
