Subject: Wanting to hire 3D skills to morph photograph into animated character

havenhawk ( ) posted Fri, 01 December 2006 at 3:03 PM · edited Sun, 17 November 2024 at 5:26 AM

I know my limitations….and as far as artistic skill is concerned I have none….I tried with Poser 5 and Poser 6 to create a 3D animated character of my girl friend…and I just can't get it…after hours of trying…now out of desperation…I am searching to hire someone who can….is there someone in this community that might be interested ?

post photo here, or in jobs forum. poser 4/5/6 is not a modelling program, hence that might explain yer difficulty in trying to do modelling work in poser.

it is possible using V2-3 or M2-3 or in the face room with e-F characters but it takes a lot of time patience and practice Wolf359 did a good character of himself using m2. you have to be comfortable using morphs, magnets, and textures Jepe has some celebrity look alikes in the market place as well as orion1167 (see voyager knights looks like Jeri Ryan) but it takes a lot of time and practice more like days and days then hours and hours of practice

no worries there. I'm sure that if he told her she had a nice body, she wouldn't hold it against him

Attached Link: Another stupid question: Is there an easy way to copy a face in posette?

There is a thread here, where, using over 200 different morph targets, I made Eve 4/Posette look like a  certain Porn starlet.  The likeness wasn't exact, but it was close enough for me.  (Actually, in some ways, she looked better than the original.)

Connie - those look great - nice work.

Can't remember the last time I played with any ceramics. These days I like a nice clean computer!
