Hi..I try to upload picture 3 for the day, but the message I get is that I have reach the maximum uploads today??

I uploaded 1 4.desember and in my gallery I have 2 pictures uploaded 5.desember...
But with gallery + I can upload 3 per day..Why does it "stop" me??
