I promised I wouldn't say any more on this issue and lack of Renderosity's cooperation...but I feel I have to respond to the above spanish translation....

**Yes, I guess they are right.....but, a simple google will give you this dated Jan 1, 2007....

So, it appears they were (are) cultivating their site traffic by giving away your images for free....

Lo estais sacando de contexto esto pero bueno.. Xwall como otras paginas tienen imagenes de artistas solo que os a dado por xwall, buscar tambien mas por internet que hay bastante que tienen vuestras imagenes, como no hagais un anticopi a la pagina no se, vamos .. a que aspirais en fin.

most of the sites that an artist works are shown at are uploaded BY THE ARTIST.
also it doesnt matter if other sites have the work up(trust me point us to it and we will get it taken down) but we are addressing xwall. the use of work without permission.
-that- is what we are dealing with.
when ever I (or most artists here) find our work on other sites where we didnt post it or give permission( I simply dont give permission over email so..) we move to either get the site to remove it or the ISP.
artists have a right to say where and how their art is displayed.
