Poser Python Scripting F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2025 Feb 05 6:41 am)
Quote - I know there is the "hack" function in Python to get the functions of the Poser module... But is there a way to know what are those WidgetProcID and BehaviorProcID ?
Take a look through the XML files in Runtimeui
I suspect that these are custom control handlers in Poser's code and not avaliable to Python.
Now if EF would properly expose the internal wxWindows implementation to Python, then we might get somewhere.

Hi again...
Is there any way to know what they really are ?
For examples:
if WidgetProcID number is...
1 => Sphere ???
2 => Shadows ???
3 => Label
4 => Grey rectangle ???
5 => The whole window become grey...
6 => nothing
7 => White rectangle: text box ?
8 => Frame counter
9 to 12 => Nothing
13 => Menu ???
14 to 16 => Nothing
17 => ???? ShaderMaker
18 => Nothing
19 => Grey rectangle
20 => Poser crash
21 => Nothing
22 => Dials
23 => Buttons
24 => Sphere with one pixel white point ???
25 => Poser crash
26 => Multi select ????
27 => Outlie rectangle ???
28 => rectangle ????
29 and over... Nothing
I guess every number does do something... but what ? And can we use them ?
