I have been playing around with my ef legends series lately and I felt there was some creature missing to do some scenes and last night it came to me - a harpie!

Has anyone seen one out there in Poserland?

BAT has a Demon set for Aiko/V3 that can be used to convert either figure into a harpie. Check here in the marketplace. If you don't like the wings -which in theory should be normal feathered wings- there's nothing stopping you from using a separate set on them, and pick just the feet from that set.
