Does anyone know of a tutorial that will tell me how to do a hide feet pose and do the relevant mat with it please? tyvm xox

The MAT pose part goes in the 'figure' section, I don't have time at the moment to discribe how to make the MAT pose part. Perhaps someone else will jump in here? Basicly you can just use the free "MAT Pose Edit" program to make the MAT pose, then graft the hide feet part into that using a text editor. Or graft the MAT part into the above file.
