Subject: V1 & V2 compatibility question

Anniebel ( ) posted Thu, 11 January 2007 at 1:28 AM · edited Sat, 04 January 2025 at 4:14 PM

Will characters for V1 work on V2?

With the clearence section being active again, I was checking that nothing I wanted was going to disappear.

I am interested in this character - Nemesia Princess of the Deep Sea for Victoria but I only have V2, not 1.

Thanks

V2 is just V1+ extra body morphs and a new default face morph.

So everything made for V1 will work perfectly for V2, too.

Just remember to set the V2 face morph back to "0" because by default it loads set to "1".

Yes everything for V1 will work on V2 too

V2 just comes with more morphs and a V2 with Posette shape figure

Is this what the Vicki 2 P4 is? I could never quite work out what Vicki 2 P4 & Michael 2 P4 were for.

Yep, it is the same obj with the shape and grouping of Posette.
It accepts V2 head morphs and Posette clothes but not Posette Body morphs... [neither V2 body morphs]
