**Viking ships and several different types of structures highlight the Platinum Club new releases this week. Drakkar and Jormungandr are both authentic representations of Viking ships that sailed the seas during the middle ages. Oriental Prosperity is an elegant pavilion while Eternal Torment provides textures for the Funeral of Hearts crypt.

Drakkar by Serrge
Called "dragonships" by their enemies, Viking longboats were used by Scandinavian Vikings during the European Middle Ages for trade, exploratory voyages, and - of course - raiding! Drakkar was created using reconstructed blueprints of the real Drakkar. It includes conforming sculls and a texture set.

Jormungandr by Moyra
Slicing through the icy north Atlantic in search of rich pillage and adventure, the Jormungandr - named after the mythic Norse serpent - is a historically accurate representation of an ancient Viking vessel. With textures based on contemporaneous accounts of Viking boats, the Jormungandr has sails created by Viking women from diamond-shaped linen pieces edged in blood red leather. Wood, metal and leather war shields painted in authentic Viking motifs are at the ready for forays on the shore, and the sturdy ropes are made of walrus leather.
