As far as resolution, I do all my work in 300 ppi, unless it is for the web, then 72 ppi

I have questions to bather me a loot ....so I hope that Y can help me to resolve my problems.

I have digital paint hair in Photoshop.
In witch resolutions I must prepare hair in layers.
Should I have some head to work on, Victoria’s had?
And what is the best way that people can use hair on their works in poser or any 3d tool.
