I can understand the initial reason for locked threads not showing up in search, so they can't be used to harass members further, right?
However, a lot of threads with useful educational value cannot be found anymore either because they devolved into catfights on page 8 or whatever.
Can you guys do something about this so those info do not get lost.  eg if threads go "bad", delete the offending posts and leave the good ones in.  Then locked threads can be included in search results again.
Rosity was the biggest database of old informational threads but it has lost that value.
I've been having this problem here for months now and finally chose to write you.   :(

I'll check with the programmers on this April.
