check other concurrent processes, cpu usage, RAM usage, et al. on the other side, they sometimes said restarting would allow RAM to free up so poser could start afresh, which would mean it had bad memory management/usage, and I tend to concur. see if it's bogging down by using virtual mem (read/write to disk) instead of using physical RAM. p.s. they hate it when I mention this, and will sometimes even post a screenshot showing how it's not doing excessive page-ins/page-outs on their machines, but YMMV.

Is there anything I can do to make Poser 6 more responsive? It hangs when I do just abut ANYTHING and is very jerky and quite unresponsive. I've installed the SR3. I'm running OS 10.3.9 on a Machine Model: Power Mac G4 CPU Type: PowerPC 60 (1.1) Number Of CPUs: 2 CPU Speed: 1.6 GHz L2 Cache (per CPU): 512 KB Memory: 1.5 GB Bus Speed: 133 MHz Any and all input would be appreciated. Thanks.
