Anyone here know where I can find a pair of riding boots commonly worn by horse riders in equestrian events and polo? These are the ones that go up to below the knee and have flat heels.

Actually they don't have flat heels, but they're not stilettos either. I went for a cowboy-boot style of heel, reasonably low and blocky. The main thing that I wanted was a parallel rather than tapered shin. You may be able to trim the heel down yourself if flat is important.
