Can we make the gallery, just a wee bit harder and complicated from the end user point of view? I'm serious. The other day, when trying to upload an image I had nothing but trouble from the word go. From the system telling me the image files were larger than the allowed 4000x4000 512k size (when they infact weren't), too the stupid thing telling me that I didn't check this or that box, too locking up and requiring a reboot too telling me my thumb nail image wasn't the right size (again when that was not the case). I mean it was a real hassle to upload one, (yeah I won't pay, so I only get one per day) image. So if we can make them just a wee bit harder for the non programmer end user too use, I for one would appreciate it if it could be done. Perhaps then I could spend the entire night trying to upload an image, instead of just wasting one half of it. Oh, and while I am at it, why oh why, can't we upload a file thats larger than 512k in size? I don't know about anyone else, but I don't render anything larger than 90x90 pixels thats less than 512k. I mean really what is the point of being in the critique group when everything I render, I have too rezise when I go too upload? I use the "save for web" feature in photoshop, however, that lowers the quality of the image as it lowers its kb size. By the time I've lowered the kb size to 512 or less, I've lost half my image quality. Can we pleaaaaaaaase allow at the very least some slightly larger uploads?
