Form Validation Error:

There was a problem processing your card
Verisign response code was 13, which means: Referral 

what does this one mean? I couldnt find it in any of the postings so figured would just go straight to the source.  I know my card is valid and has enough left on it to make my purchase.  Did I screw something up? or did my card screw up? lol thank you ahead of time.  I appreciate your assistance.

Doh! tonight must not be my night, I just contacted the credit card company and they told me that the transaction went thru on my first Try.  LoL so now what do we do? besides my job, being confused.
