Subject: Clean install of P7?

Anyone know how I get a totally clean install of P7?

It chrashed on me and now it don´t work, I can´t render, can´t move anything or delete... :-( 
I have tried to remove the prefs files and remowed and installed again, but I can tell it have some files left because I don´t need to enter my registrationsnumber again. My P6 works so it isn´t the computer.

Something must have happen when it chrashes but how do I get a clean install? Does it work if I install to another drive? I don´t want that but I really want to use my P7....

I´m going to bed soon if I don´t reply...but I know most of you are awake when I sleep and vice versa..so I hope someone have writen a sulution for me when I wake up ;-)

Contact Tech Support with your System Specs and the details of what was installed. With the various OSs and the differences in the versions, there may be more involved than just uninstalling and clearing the Registry of the Poser 7 data.
