Hi all! Has anyone had problems uploading thumbnails with their artwork?.
Each time ive tried uploading a thumbnail (No nudity or Violence in any of them) i keep getting the message that says it is the wrong size EG Image not within the size restrictions required by renderosity yet i have checked and double checked that the thumbnail is within 100 X 100 to    200 X 200 pixels, is in jpeg format, and is below 15kb in size yet still it is not accepted.
Is anyone having similar problems?, and if so have you got it sorted?..Thanks
