what are some good programs for painting hair onto your poser models?  I know it can be done in photoshop whit hair brushes but I know I have heard people talk about other programs they have used.  Can anyone give me a list of them and wich ones are the best?  Best means better quality of finished hair as well as ease to use.

Do you mean painting it on the actual model in postwork - or
Do you mean painting the textures that you will apply to hair inside poser?

For the latter I use photoshop - and hair stock.

What ever you use: What comes out depends on your talent.
There is no magic button. Even not with "hairbrushs".

So, the best is to use the paint program you are familar with. If you aren't familar with a paint program yet, try GIMP. It's free (http://www.gimp.org/downloads/).
