**Due to previous conversations I thought I'd get this thread going. Alot of people use their artwork as their avatars so I thought it'd be fun to see the real people behind them. I can't help but imagine people as their avatars so it'd be a change to see them as they really are. I'll get the ball rolling by showing my ugly mush. I took this this morning after a hard night so I've made it arty to cover up any rough bits, LOL!! I'm sure some may have thought of me as female due to my avatar, hopefully this will prove I'm not! Anyone else care to post theirs.......**

Luckily a hard drive crash in November last year took care of any photos there may have been of me :o)

I hate cameras.....ewwwwwwwwwwyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

Suffice to say I bear no resemblance to my avatar, except we both have a fag on ;o)

Nope I ain't gonna say it but, some people can stand to lose a few pounds. I can see why people are fascinated with Vickie renders. ;)

Darboshanski ( ) posted Sun, 15 April 2007 at 1:37 PM

Man I hope you people don't think that's a real image of me? LOL!!!!! I don't post my image for various reasons. My most recent images are my driver's license and my military ID. Mostly I just hate cameras! I really, really dislike cameras. So much so when my wife and I were married there were few wedding photos  LOL!! I'd rather be the picture taker and not in the picture.

I can't help it if I'm badly drawn....

No, okay.  Really I look more like the attached.  Only less flat.  Most of the time.

That's why I thought it'd be interesting to see people as they really are, as I'm sure many people use the opposite sex as their avatar!

Well,  I'm not bald and I dont have multicolored skin. On the other hand the person in the avatar seems alot more interesting.  I  didnt post my photo mainly because I'm paranoid ( and as somebody  said, that doesnt mean they arnt realy after me...) Ok -first step for my therapy,i'll post an self portrait. There's a fairly good similarity and it's quite recent. Ha.just noticed - my face stilllooks multicolored in the painting. Well, I am not changing the painting,so i am of to paint  my face!

I've always thought your avatar reminds me of Gates McFadden, kind of if she'd played Galadriel in the LOTR movies...  Very beautiful.  And you turn out to be a dude.  Ha!
