nope - ok... a hint:
it isnt something hand-held... which seems to be the theme of guesses.
Also the blue bit is merely the background. it is the other bit we are interested in.

ahem - sorry... dickens divulgence...
here you are - and you aint getting a pixel more... because to be quite honest any more and i will be showing the whole damned thing!
Remember the size of the pic is part of your clue - think of why it would be so small on a picture - this is a 100% crop! Oh and that doppled effect thing isnt the cam's fault at that magnification - that is what it looks like.

not technically a street lamp - just an outside light for those night time revelers to be able to see their kebab and chips in the dark =)
oh and it isnt a street - this is a "back alley" in st andrews...

Dang, that sure makes it tough, lol. I guess I should have just said light or lamp. I kept thinking the blue was sky, thus my confusion. Okay, let me see what I can come up with.

you can see now why any more than the second crop would have shown the whole thing
