You will need to contact the vendor directly. To contact a vendor please click the 'contact' link next to the vendor's name on the product page or you can use site mail. Site mail requires only the vendor's username.
Please allow 2-3 days for a response. If you have not heard from the vendor by that time frame, let me know so I can contact them on your behalf.

I just yesterday purchased a male character package. His eye reflections are mirrored. I don't like it. Who do I contact about this?? Do I put the name here? Or do I send it privately to the merchant? And how is the best way to contact the merchant? You see my name here. If you look up my order from yesterday, you will see which one I am talking about. :-) Thank you for any help.
