Are you talking about the image being damaged on your PC or the flash card from the camera... It is always important to never remove data cables until the red light goes off or you run risk of data corruption also after taking shots in your camera, it is possible to corrupt data.. You could look at software such as http://www.ontrack.com/easyrecoveryfilerepair/ which may do the trick

I don't know if it has anything to do with this...
But I would recomend using a card reader, and remove tha card from the camera..
Besides..it will save your battery

Hi all,
i hope someone can help me..
I have opened a *.tif file from my camara direct into a paint.
When the pc crashed i took away the usb cable, now my *.tif picture
is damaged and won't open anaymore.
Is there someone who knowes how to fix this? Is there a program?
