OMG :scared: would you believe it? LOL anyway just came across this on my quest to research some fashion labels for my graphics design assignment.... Go into 'to be discovered...' at Chanel find an image with sky (first one is a good example) click the 'details zoom'  when your mouse hovers over the image and start hunting LOL (I'm talking about the dust on the sensor LOL)....

Am I just aware and somewhat paranoid about these things? Oh and while I'm here can any of ya name some high fashion lables targeted at females? 😕

Oh and one last thing.... Anyone know why I'm not getting any ebots anymore?

Yeah throw out the photographer - he got the shadows wrong in number 19 too.

Well I'm no pro, but that looks awful for such a big name!!

Here in the UK, Jane Norman is getting quite a big name with the younger females and her designs are already starting to be emulated by others.  Of course you have your Kookai, Gucci, FCUK, Burberry and then there is of course Playboy!!  My daughter is 18 this month and is quite big into some of these labels (when we can afford them that is!!)

If I think of any others, I'll let you know.

Well I know you won't have looked closely at her legs Kai but the poor girl looks positively deformed in some and I think she has an elbow joint in her knee in No16  - me thinks a bit too much use of the liquify filter in PS

Not what you would expect from a pro photographer!  Some career killing shots there.

yeah - i think he was playing too much with the postwork on her rather than think about sensor dust...

Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent (sp?), Versace, DKNY (Donna Karen New York) , Dolce Gabanna, Polo, Christian Dior....

Some are aimed at both - such as YSL and DKNY, but DG and CD are fairly exclusively for women... Good luck with the assignment :)

Hello All...

Hummm... I've seen even worse then that here in the USA or even in parts of Europe...

Postwork or Pure Photography with such results! All i can tell for now, that maybe some of you guys should know by know how such a CHANNEL Photographer became who he is, sigh!

And i can guarantee you, that any photographer who works for a very famous company/magazine.. They are no body! You might be even producing much pro and better results then him/her..

I know a very well known actress in California... And I know who took her shot in the street first time.. He requested to see her, and decided to give her one of these really huge prints.. And guess what! That actress raised that man in less then a sec! Every one else started to call him, now he take pics or celebs., singers, etc... But can he take a picture for a president if he/she that well known! Can he shoot an internation football or soccer game? Hell no.. The others in fact won't allow him to and they will say, who the heck is that!

So really no one knows, that CHANNEL Photographer is a pro one, or just got this job because she/ he is the son or daughter of someone knows the owner/manager/or even his secertary!

Was these mistakes were done on porpose so he/she can be special!!! Or are they really mistakes... No one knows.. And its not the first or even last time.. Just dig more, you will see and fine even more ;)

Thank you and regards...

JOE

Oh!Pssss.. By the way, CHANNEL Fashions, is one of the worst on earth no matter who they are .. Its a fact tho ;)

Wow.I never expected to see that!  Makes meeeeeee feel a whole lot better, lol.

Good luck, with your assignment, Kai. You got some great labels named here already...I can't think of any others that are targetted exclusively at  women at the moment... Did anyone mention Prada? ( It's for both, though... ).

PS In general,  I think most ads for fashion,  are targeted at females...since by and large, we're the shoppers...lol.

EDIT: Valentino...Escada ( I think that's just women )...lemme get back ta ya... lol...

The world is like that - it's not what you know it's who you know, I've come across this time and time again and it'll never stop. You think the top US companies rise from good, honest, hard work? Hell no - they get backing from the senate for the 'donation' they gave during campaining.

Isn't the sky added in afterwards? i.e. stock?

Super detective work there Kai. Attention to detail like that will certainly give you a "leg up" in your future professional career! LOL, thanks for sharing. Having some past modelling experience, the sky is not always added in afterwards, though these days who knows. With the clean lines of this shot it could very well have been.
