Subject: How to make stiches ect for horror image

can any one please tell me an easy no fool method to create stitches for a horror image I am working on..New to cs2 so please make it idiot proof!!!

There is a  real stitches freebie in the freestuff here at RO. Caused a bit of grumbling due to the thumbnail being so graphic, but they are stitches :)

You can find free photoshop brushes of stitches available for download on the web. Just google for them. Here's one source I found:

I go on the web and use google image search with search terms like wonds and stitches to fine real images and then composite those into the picture
