Yeah, PayPal is performing system maintence today, so there site is a little wacky right now, but it will be fine tomorrow I believe. Anyhow, I've deleted that order as you requested, and if your wanting to use PayPal again when you repurchase, I think their site will be fine tomorrow.

I tried to purchase something with PayPal, but they seem to be having trouble today---they insisted on a credit card, which is goofy, and I can't use store credit. I tried to log into PayPal to manually send the payment but they're having problems, not sure when they're going to be cleared up. Can you cancel this order until either PayPal clears up or store credit is back on line? I can always re-order when I can actually purchase. I just hate having loose ends running around. :)
