I hope some of you may find the above link interesting.  This month is John Hyde with some common sense tips on wildlife photography as well as some beautiful pics to look at .

Click on Archive if wildlife is not for you perhaps one of the others pages will be.

Sure. Always us an underwater housing when photographing underwater with a non-waterproof camera. ;'P

You can get a waterproof housing for real cheap these days. They probably wont work any deeper than 10-15 feet though (bad pun NOT intended - see link).

If you can see through it, so can the camera, though I doubt the quality will be that good.

I can see through glass smeared with vaseline, that doesn't mean I can take sharp pictures with it.

Now my child, remember to always practice safe-photography by not blowing your whites while shooting pictures. OOOOPPPSS (really) bad pun.. :scared: The cameras lenses are likely made from plastic anyways (with finger prints all over it).
