You are probably better off asking this in the copyright forum, or send an email to the marketplace copyright department.

I am about to release a background set and I am concerned. I have bought several background sets that actaul props from other sets in them. I do not know if if this is a copyright infringment or not. The items I used were brushes I bought here, and I have some old treee stumps that i have had forever and have no idea where they came from. I mean they are probably 6-7 years old. Any ideas on this? I believe the brushes are fine, but how are other folks getting away with using others props in their background sets? Is this an OK thins to do?
THX...
