Since Esprit does not have Python, is there any change by installing Python on the HD this script would work?
Very cool Frederic! This will be quite useful on my more complex scenes.
Ran a trial and i wonder about the sky areas? Spectral atmo and clouds were used. Maybe it's finding some "grain"? The figure would probably be brighter, were it not for the fact that i decimated that VOB.
BTW, i recommend not using tiles as small as i did because your most complex scene areas may get spread over more than 1 tile too much. This was 640 size and 10x10 grid.
Thanks Frederic!

I have developed a small utility (in two parts) which might help to detect the problematic areas in your scenes, that is the areas which are the slowest to render.
Feel free to download it and experiment with it. As for its real usefulness, you tell me (at least it's free)
