I did not put the correct user name on my order, how do I fix this please? It is a gift for another user. It does not show up in My Account/gift certs after purchased, I did not recieve an email concerning the code but did receive order and payment confirmation.

Hello, 

Order 111242633 a gift certificate for $15, is that suppose to be a gift for member france? Or did you want this to be a gift for someone else? Also, when you purchase a gift for someone, it will not show up in your account/ gift certificates because it is in their account.  And you didn't receive a code for the gift cerifitcate because that code went to the person the gift is for.

I wanted it for a gift for Francemi, I thought the username was just France but it isn't.

Ok, I've edited it and now the gift certificate is for Francemi.

Gina, the gift certificate shows up in my account but it expired yesterday! (2007-07-17). Could you fix it please?

No it was purchased on 7.17.07 it expires on 7.17.09 so its good for two years. I double checked and its showing the expiration correctly, 7.17.09

Yep, everything is fine now and I have already spent the GC. ;o)

But last night when I tried to apply the GC to my order it said Available $0. And so I'm sure the expiration date was 2007-07-17 last night but it was 2009-07-17 this morning so everything is well.
