A public service announcement, for those of you who have those kinds of webcams and couldn't get them to work under Vista:

Philips Toucam PCVC820K/PCVC830K Vista Drivers (because Vista doesn’t support the drivers you get from Philips). I don’t really need the webcam, but the fact that Vista wouldn’t recognize it was pissing me off.

Download the zip file here. Unzip. Add/Remove Hardware in Control Panel, tell it to search wherever you unzipped it. Voila, working Toucam!
