All of the sudden i get this message at rdna everytime i'm trying too buy and checkout: Form Validation Error: Address Verification Failed - Please check you information and try again. Please go back, correct the errors, and try again. Posted this problem also at the RDNA site and am awaiting what's going on. I did not have any problems in the past buying from the site until now Does somebody maybe knows what's going on ??

Could be a corrupt cookie on your PC. Maybe try killing your RDNA cookies and start afresh.

There is another post here where someone else was having the same problem. They had to create a whole new account in order to even post on the forums there to let RDNA know there is a problem.

Woah, sounds bad !  I just bought stuff from them couple of days back - no problems then.

Anyway, if you need their products, ContentParadise is partnered with them to sell runtimeDNA items.  But if the rDNA server is indeed temporarily wonky, getting your downloads may be at risk for the moment, until it's all fixed.

Well, i deleted my cookie but that did not work. Same problem as before. I tried 4 times to buy with Visa but it always says that the 'Address Verification Failed' @ infinity10, thanks for pointing out that i can find the same stuff over at ContentParadise, i just bought it from there and it all went fine... Guess there's something really screwed-up at the rdna site somehow :unsure:

I am still having a problem logging on, and there was someone else there who was getting the same errors. She said she sent an email but I didn't get it so I wonder if the database is screwed up and she used my old email instead. Hope everything is ok over there, her brother has been sick so that's probably what's on her mind.

It also happened to me once.  To avoid that problem you should enter your name and address exactly as it appears in your credit card monthly statement.   I had to update my profile in different sites to update my name and address to avoid that problem.  Now, everything works fine.

I've been with them since they started with the same name and password. I will just buy at content paradise from now on and use the new login I made for their forums.

Actually I'll point out what happened here if you don't mind, and let you know that CS support is slow on weekends, we actually dont work if we can on saturdays, and most of the time wind up doing so.  I was at a cancer fundraiser the entire day yesterday. 

Bondware had trouble on Friday repointing their DNS that holds the store.  The propogation took place and it might be a few days, we posted in both forums at the top in Big Bold Red, and Marque, I emailed you too.  I changed your password to get you back into site and gave you a set of instructions.
