Attached Link: Tricks and Traps

***The sun sets, casting the mountains into shadow as the brave adventurer steps through the ancient, blackened doorway and descends into the heart of the mountain. Carefully feeling his way in the darkness he cautiously tests each step of the way with a booted foot. And cautious he should be, for, with each step he walks deeper into the cavernous dungeons famed for their deadly tricks and traps...***

Tricks and Traps is a set of 7 Poseable figures and 4 Props, all textured and bump mapped, that together give your favourite adventurer a multitude of ways to die horribly in the darkness.

Tricks and Traps includes the following poseable figures:

Blade Trap

A single blade, rusted by aeons of inactivity and damp air, waits in a stone holder for a chance to spring out and slice through unsuspecting flesh. Blade traps can be positioned almost anywhere, walls, floor, ceiling.

Drop Floor Trap

A nasty invention that looks like nothing more than stone floor, until you step on it. Then its four, triangular doors drop away and plunge you into a pit. If you're lucky you will break your neck, else you might just waste away down there for weeks. Comes with one open side for a full gory view of the victim.

Pit Fall Trap

Like the drop floor trap, but with two, rectangular doors.

Secret Door

No dungeon is complete without a secret door. This one looks just like a solid wall from the outside. From the inside rusted hinges can be seen. The door swings open with a groan of protesting stone and iron, if you're fortunate the creatures beyond it do not hear you, but who knows what else is waiting in the darkness.

Single Spike

A single stone collar with an iron spike that darts out when anything comes close. These terrible traps are often found in clusters, even covering floor, ceiling and walls of entire rooms.

Spike Pit

From close up this devilish trap looks like an air vent in the floor, a simple stone slab dotted with holes. It is not until you step on it that you realise you are dead. The floor rushes away and massive iron spikes shoot up through the holes to spear anything above them. Comes with one open side so that you can count the holes in your victim.

Spike Trap

The traditional dungeon trap. At first it appears like nothing so much as a stone door frame. Closer inspection, however, reveals small holes both in the floor and ceiling, but it is too late. As you look the spikes are already shooting out, from above and below, skewering you like a speared fish.

Also included are the following Props:

  • Wall Piece
  • Floor Piece
  • Flat Ceiling Piece
  • Arched Ceiling Piece
