I have come across several bryce tutorials by Dimiter Dimitrov while surfing the internet.
I would love to do these tutorials and incorporate them into artwork of my own.
The thing is there is no contact info or TOU's on his website...

I was wondering if anyone here knows his TOU's or how I may contact him?

Well, he has a home page here on Rendo, you could always go there and send him an e-mail or instant message. I'm assuming its the same person your talking about.
