Hi.
I am still having the same problem with downloading from Renderosity. Files I try to download are always incomplete at approximately 5 mb.
I checked with my ISP and they are not having server problems, nor am I having connection problems.
I just finished downloading a 15 mb file from a site with free Poser content, and a 50 mb file from another site that sells Poser and DAZ Studio products. Those downloaded with no problems.
I have never had problems downloading from your site in the past.... not sure why this is happening. It's frustrating.
Any further advice or thoughts?

I am writing about Order #111256781, purchased on 8/7/07. I downloaded some of the files that day with no problem, but yesterday when I tried to download some of the files, each one I tried would quit after about 5 mb downloaded. I do NOt have a download manager.
Things I've tried:
Rebooting
Clearing the browser cache
Using IE and then Firefox as an alternative
Disabling myi firewall
Downloading only one file at a time and not doing anything else on the computer.
Reconnecting to my ISP on various access phone numbers.
Yes, I am on dial-up, but have experienced no connection problems and downloaded from other sites without a problem.
I am experiencing the same problem today.
I have been a long-time customer and have bought and downloaded products from Renderosity for some timei now, and have never had this problem happen before. Some of the files I"ve downlaoded in the past have been very sizeable too!
Any helpl you can give me would be appreciated! I know I will also need the Order reset, as I am sure I will run out of download tries soon, if not already.
Thank you!
