Hi all, I'll admit that i'm pretty lazy when it comes to eh... almost everything LOL !! I'm gonna update Vue 6 Infinite up to the very last update now (6.5) but i see this warning on the e-on site : Warning: This update is for the Final Release version of Vue 6 Infinite only (version 6.05 build 289768 and up). If you're still using the Pre-Release version, please uninstall it and then download and install the Final Release version before applying this update. I'm STILL using 6.00-04 build 288741 :blushing: So the questions are : - Where exactly do i download the final release and which version and build is this/should this be ? - What do they mean with uninstall the pre-release version and why ? Hope i didn't annoy anybody with my lazyness here  Thanks Wim ps: i will update this time !! 🤤

Good boy!

Go to your account at e-on'‚ site. There at the bottom you find the list of purchases you have made. And there you should see Infinite in the list. Go with the mouse over this and you will see that the mouse turns into a hand - click onto that therefore and you will be able to download the final version.

This works in two steps. First you download a small programm (downloader) that then will do the download for you in two parts (for the application disk only). The rest is self understandable I would say.

Good luck!

Wabe i downloaded from my account and uninstalled the pre release, so far so good (mind you i did make a back-up of it) But when i copy/paste my serial number (or try to type it in) in the installer window, it tells me INVALID SERIAL NUMBER !! Oh phew, i found the problem. I whas typing in the serial number that shows up in the startupscreen of Vue6. Then i realized that the last box in the installation window didn't made sense with the serial that i was typing in there. It just did not match whatsoever. Checking my mails again brought me the answers here, as i was typing the wrong serial the 1 time, i found out that i had to type (or paste) the UPGRADE serial number since i bought Vue 5 Infinite and upgraded from there on ! Luckiky i do save all my mails regarding that stuff and also write down all my serial nr's and activation codes for everything i buy. So now it shows "Version 6.50-04 Build 291733" :woot: :woot: :woot: Thanks for putting in the right direction Walther 👍
