I have been having some tech problems with creating trans-maps (i.e. eyelashes, eyebrows, and hair on poser figures in Vue). In the past when using Poser 4, I just imported my Pz3 files in to Vue 4.22. The materials on the object files in most cases would only need small adjustments and then I was on my way rendering.
I also have Poser 6 and the other day I have found it hard working back and forth all the time between P4 and P6. I decided to move everything From P4 to P6 and uninstall P4.
All is fine and every thing is well, except when I import Poser figures into Vue (as Obj Files). I have been at a lost on how to create transparencies with a Texture map with a Trans map. Every combination I have tried has failed. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.
I would appreciate a rundown of this procedure in Vue 4
Thanks Dale
