It looks like she has a few images in her gallery with that outfit.  Try going to her homepage, scrolling down to the bottom and send her either a Private Message or an Email.

There is a member here called "Shukky" but there is nothing in their homepage, store or free stuff area at all.

It's possible that the outfit is a collaboration between the 2 of them and not available.
