Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 20 6:12 am)
Did you install Vicky Files?
If you did, and accepted default location, it should be in Figures>DAZ People.
You can tweak skin tones by playing with the settings in the material room. It will take some learning ams experimenting.
There are other more complex and sophisticated ways, like editing the texture... or acquiring a new one, but I get the feeling if I start talking about that I may be throwing too much at you.

You can use `Matmatic`` to get various skin shaders on Jessie. See this link:

say." - Ghandi
having done the above with no training, you can wind up with Blue Woman Group in no time..;)
One thing you might try is looking in Freestuff for 'characters' for Jessi, which are usually labelled 'Exoticarina for Jessi', or something like that..;) Or, you might look for ethnic sets, world sets, etc., of textures. Once they're installed into Poser, you can match and swatch to your heart's content.
I know that Vue can accept Poser characters, and has for some years. Excellent question for the Vue forum (they're very understanding. Some folks here may know how, but the Vue folks should know how..;) Never hurts to ask.
You have the location from the post above. There's some free, some spendy locations for Vickie 3 (I think there's links in the heading of the forum, but not sure. Also Aiko and Hiro as well). Vickie comes in 1,2,3,4, and some RR versions, SAE 30, and on, and on. You'll probably want 3 and 4 (4 still costs money..;) Mike gets stuffed in there as well, if you ever need to know.

to import a poser figure into Vue, save the poser scene as a pz3 then open Vue. Go to File -> Import Object and browse for the pz3 you just saved and that's all there is to it (provided Vue is set up with the Poser location properly)

Seeing your screenshot SYNTRIFID, just reminded me how awful the color palette design in windows is!! Christ when will we ever be rewarded with a proper colour wheel in Windows!!
Sorry - I digress! lol!

I set out to see if there's a replacement color picker to windows default, and instead found this cool website with color schemes:

Ok, I'll try to be brief:
One, is there a way to darken the skin tones on Jessi?? If so how please, I want to experiment in skin toning.
Two, How do I import Poser into Vue, it's sounds stupid, but I have been playing with importing with files into Bryce from Poser and it worked was wondering if it's the same in this case.
Vicki files, how can I even find these files?? I have them and I can't find it when I need to use it, the files don't show yet I have downloaded and placed them in it's right folder.
I ahve more questions but for now this is it.... thanks.
