Subject: Can't access Vue Updates on e-on's website

Hi everyone, It's been quite awhile I came here. Today I wanted to play again a little with V6I and installed the final version which had been lurking on my HDD for ages. After installing it I tried to download the newest update from the e-on website but for some reason my login and pw don't seem to work. With the same information I can access my acount information, so I'm a little bit confused why I can access the updates page. Anyone experiencing a similar issue recently? Or any ideas who I could contact at e-on to get this resolved? Many thanks, Phil

HEY, what a stranger here. Hi Sir.

Funny, I just started a download half an hour ago. Suddenly it stopped and since then the downloads are not working. But I am sure this is a temporary thing, can happen. I would try it again in an hour or so.

I find I have that same problem when I try to access the updates using IE. When I use Netscape, everything works fine.  

I'd rather stay in my lane than lay in my stain!

Hey - many thanks for that hint. I tried it with Firefox instead of Safari which worked for me as well. Downloading the update right now. :)
