This is the second time this happened. This time I was very careful to exactly copy the discount code from the Goulish Seasons newsletter, making sure I included the entire code only without extra spaces and pasted it into the coupon field upon checkout and then clicked on the 'Apply' button.

The 10% discount ($5.13 on a $51.25 purchase) was not applied to my order. I feel that I am entitled to a $5.13 discount or credit or something since I followed the directions in the newsletter well within the time frame of this promotion...

That's odd, because I looked at other orders around the time yours was placed, and the code is working.

Not to worry, I'll be sure you get the credit back.
