Run the simulation, get the cloth item how you want it, and export to OBJ and re-import and re-apply the materials. Then you can save as a prop, or possibly more convenient, you could treat it as a morph target for the original cloth item.
Once you've run your simulation simply go to your top menu and select Object>Spawn Morph Target and name your new morph. No need to export anything. Then you can save your PZ3 or PP2 and then simply dial up the new morph whenever needed for that pose.

What is the easiest way to save a dynamic cloth prop after a simulation? My idea is to run it in a simulation once to get it to fit a particularly highly morphed figure, and then save it so I can bring in the deformed one afterwards.
