Subject: Something Happened Between Purchase of Cart and Getting Items to My Account

I just purchased a bunch of things and everthing indicated that the transaction was okay, but when I looked at my account page the invoice Id 111282977 said $0.00 and there were no items listed.  I went back and tried to reorder, figuring that something had glitched, and was informed that I had already purchased each of the items that had been in my cart.  Can you please help resolve this for me? Thanks!
