Subject: FaceShop Problem

When I load the Michael 3 head obj into faceshop it is all black...please help

Strange.

Did you make the head an .obj according to the instructions given? It's not mearly exporting the head as an object using default settings.

I get this if I don't close out and restart between projects.

Yes, this is positively an imported OBJ (no eyes). I agree that restarting FaceShop usually helps.
Pls. make sure you have the latest version (FS 3.15 and also download the upcoming FS 3.5 in a couple of weeks).

It may help to answer your questions. 
BTW: These videos now include previews of the upcoming FaceShop 3.5.
