Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 28 11:20 am)
It wouldn't surprise me at all if the eye materials were set up incorrectly in the first place. For some reason which is beyond mortal understanding, some texture sets have the iris color on the cornea and/or the eye surface material. Changing the iris alone won't do a thing in such cases.
Coppula eam se non posit acceptera jocularum.
Are the eyes using real reflection or a reflection map maybe?

Hello, all. I searched but didn't find an answer...
I'm using Poser 7 and V4 and I have troubles getting V4 to render with two different eye colors...
I want V4 to have two different eyes, one gold, one green. To be more exact the right eye should be gold, the left one green.
I used Posers material room and changed a texture from deepblues Eye Maps: Generation 4 set to get that effect (the left eye in the texture is gold, the right one green), but even though the preview shows the eyes as I want them, in the actual render they are both golden now.
I guess it doesn't work that way with V4 - but how can I get different eye colors without having to render twice and postworking them or buying a new set? Any ideas?
Thanks in advance. :)
