Here's what I've got... did a texture for one of the parkas over at Daz, as I really don't care for the textures that come with them. anyway, it's a combination of jpg texture with poser7 procedurals. (the image shows what i'm talking about - the one on the left has the procedurals, the other two do not)

My question, if anyone can answer it.. LOL, well couple of questions, really.

1. How do I get a mat pose for the item made when it's a combo of jpg and procedurals?
2. How do I SAVE the texture settings with the combination of procedural and jpg?
3. How do I fix the file so it doesn't give everyone using P6 or lower the 'newer version' error message?

I'd like to eventually release the texture into the freebie areas - that's why I'm trying to figure out how to save the settings nad package it all up and such.

This is a shot of the back with the procedurals - click the images to get them full res if you're looking at the details on it. Might do a version of this for the V3 parka as well, though I dunno yet. LOL Depends on if people really want it or not.

1 - save as a materials collection the the Materials library, for all the materials on the item and convert to MAT pose; VinceBagna has a nice straightforward writeup of this at:  www.vincebagna.com 
2 - same as 1, from the Materials room, much like you would save a pose or anything else

Yup! Wow, MUCH simpler than the MPE I've been using since like.. Poser4... LOL. Mat poses and such all fixed. spins Hopefully I'll have this puppy up in freebies in the next day or two.

Cookie to the first person who recognizes the symbol on the front torso of the parka and who is NOT a Canadian. ;)
