In photoshop you do a "save for web" that way its easy to get it <15 k and still good looking.

Took a bit of fiddling though as I hadn't used that feature before and for a while there - I though it would only do .gif!!!

How do you get a thumbnail small enough to upload to the gallery yet detailed enough to be able to see something in it?
I've been trying for the last hour - and failing.
Help???
now that I've finally managed to get the thumbnail to the sizes stated on the website - i.e it's 15KB and 200x188 pixels - and a thoroiugh load of rubbish it looks too, but now that it's the right size, I still can't upload -I keep getting that - the thumbnail is too big - type error message - and it ***isn't!!!
