I ordered an item through PayPal and haven't seen the transaction yet. I know you explained that new PayPal customers may have to wait, but I want to make sure my order doesn't get lost somewhere.

Hello, 

Your order won't get lost in our system. But when you made your purchase through PayPal you should have received a transaction ID#, if you didn't then I don't think the payment went through and you can finish paying for this order by sending your payments from PayPal to payments@renderosity.com then send an email to store@renderosity.com letting us know payment has been sent for that order so we can mark it as paid and activate your downloads.
