I'm using Judy and Hmann FM ponytail. I ran the "calculate dynamics" in the hair room but the strands goes trough Judy's head. I have collisions turned on iwith the menu at the side of the preveiw window. When I try clicking on the "do calculations" in the Dynamic controls the check mark disapears as soon as I release the mouse button. How do I keep the hair from going through Judy? I'm using p7 if it matters.

I"ve never done dynamic hair in the hair room. I saw a tutorial that came with dynamic hair and it showed how to do it in the pose room.

Here is the site where I got the tutorial from. It comes in the readme for the hair.
