Unfortunately the creator of the prop retains copyright and distribution rights. So unless Jag has included in his readme that it is ok to redistribute the item, I'm afraid you are out of luck.

I found Jag in the Member Search and he's "online", so I sent him a PM with the link to this thread.

Maybe you can work out a deal with him to buy it privately via paypal or maybe barter for a gift certificate of equal value.

thanks for the info.
I own eight JAG products so i checked the license and you were right. No second party sales allowed.
SInce I have never violated any license agreements i have no intention of doing that now.
So, i withdraw my earlier request..
Hopefully, JAG will contact me and allow me to purchase this product privately.
The Lunchpack1 is perfect for this working man scene i'm trying to create. I hate that i let it slip past me on my wishlist when i thought i had pretty much bought all of JAG's stuff. It's a shame the products are no longer available because JAG had some unique, high-quality food props which are hard to find for Poser.
guess i'll have to live without it if JAG isn't interested. :-)

I sent him a site mail about this thread. I just got a reply. Apparently he is no longer selling any of his packs, not even privately.

I got the same kind of response a long time ago. I thought maybe he'd have a change of heart.
No disrespect, but i don't understand why an artist would turn down money for the same thing he or she was selling before.
I mean, if somebody contacted me about one of my old products and i had some left, i'd take the money without even thinking about it twice.
Too bad. JAG had some good products. I hope he goes back to selling again.

From the message I got I was left with the impression that there was more to it. But it's not my business and I didn't ask.

#1 -- can we resell a product as long as we give up the rights to use it?
#2 -- if so, does anybody have "Lunchpack1" by JAG that they'd like to sell?
JAG stopped selling on Renderosity and can't be found.
